The Tennessee Department of Transportation, Governor's Highway Safety Office, Tennessee Titans and Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security conducted a press event this afternoon encouraging football fans across the state to make responsible decisions and designate sober drivers for Super Bowl XLVIII this weekend.
