To provide updated technical information to child passenger safety technicians, instructors, and other interested individuals on the proper installation of car seats, latch updates, latest research and technologies related to car seats and vehicle occupant protection systems.  

The Tennessee Highway Safety Office and Tennessee Occupant Protection Center would like to recognize the outstanding hard work and dedication of regional CPS fitting stations, technicians, and instructors.

• 7:30 – 8:00: Sign - In (Pre-Registration is Required)
• 8:00 – 8:15: Welcome & Group Assignments
• 8:15 – 11:15: Session 1: New Car Seat Stations (3 CEU)
• 11:15 – 11:30: Break
• 11:30 – 1:00: Banquet & Awards Lunch
• 1:00 - 2:00: Session 2: Pediatric Emergency Transport (1 CEU)
• 2:00 – 4:00: Session 3: New Car Seat Team Trivia, Tactical Breathing Exercise, LATCH manual update,  and FMVSS213 a&b Update (2 CEU)
• 4:00—4:30:  Closing
