Guest Speaker April Cody Advocates Against Drunk Driving with Personal Impact Story 

 

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – On Friday, February 6, the Tennessee Highway Safety Office and the Tennessee Highway Patrol, divisions of the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security, are partnering with the Tennessee Titans, the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association (TSA), and the Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police (TACP) for a press event to remind citizens that “Fans Don’t Let Fans Drive Drunk,” ahead of Super Bowl weekend. This year’s event will feature April Cody, the mother of 30-year-old Andre’ Hunter who was tragically killed by a drunk driver in Clarksville on January 21, 2023.
