Middle Tennessee

I started my law enforcement carrier in 2005 with the Mason Police Department. I moved to Nashville area in 2006 and started as a patrol officer for the City of White House Police Department. I was promoted in 2012 to patrol Sergeant. As a patrol Sergeant and my duties included, supervising a patrol shift, approving reports, and making sure patrol shifts were covered. I also had the privilege of being a THSO Network Coordinator for Davidson, Sumner, Robertson, and Wilson counties for five years before taking the LEL position full-time. I have always enjoyed traffic safety side of law enforcement. I have attended several classes such as SFST, ARIDE, At Scene Traffic Investigation, Advanced Traffic Investigation, and Traffic Crash Reconstruction. I am a DUI/SFST Instructor and Radar Lidar Instructor and have trained several officers and deputies over the years. I have a passion for traffic safety, and my main goal as the Middle Tennessee LEL, is to Save Lives. I hold a bachelors, and master’s degree in criminal justice from Bethel University. I served my County in The U.S. Army and was proud to serve in Iraq War in 2003, serving with the 101st Airborne Division Air Assault at Ft. Campbell KY. I am married to my wife Heather, and I have three boys Dylan, Drew, and Jace. I am looking forward to serving the 23 counties in the Middle Tennessee area as your LEL.
